Artist Statement

In my artistic practice, I work across painting, drawing, and ceramics, often blending these media in intuitive and experimental ways. My approach is process-oriented, with an emphasis on color, material sensitivity, and the emotional resonance of everyday life.

I explore the space between figuration and abstraction, where shapes remain soft, unstable, or suggestive. My work often draws on personal symbolism and poetic fragments, subtly unfolding visual narratives through repetition, texture,

and small transformations.

Recurring themes include care, playfulness, and the emotional imprint of fleeting moments. I’m inspired by nature, quiet observation, and the intimacy of daily gestures. The tactile quality of clay and the immediacy of drawing allow me to register what

is fragile, overlooked, or unspeakable—like a sketch of presence,

somewhere between language and silence.
